- About the Founder
Suman Sharma is the Founder and Director of Little Steps Academy. With a deep passion for early childhood education, she began her journey as a preschool teacher in 2009. Her love for nurturing young minds and creating a joyful learning environment inspired her to dedicate her career to early education.
In 2013, she started her own preschool venture with the vision of providing a safe, caring, and stimulating space where children can learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Over the years, she has worked closely with hundreds of children and families, building strong relationships based on trust, care, and commitment.
Suman believes that the early years of a child’s life are the most important for shaping personality, creativity, and curiosity. Through Little Steps Academy, she aims to provide quality early education that focuses not only on academics but also on values, confidence, and overall development.
Her mission is to create a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels happy, secure, and inspired to take their first steps toward a bright future.
